This comprehensive project will involve:
Demolition of Existing Finishes: Removing all current finishes to prepare for the new installations.
Replacement of external wall lining & insulation: Ensuring water management and protection from the external weather conditions
Replacement of Cavity Flashings: Ensuring proper water management and protection.
Installation of New Sliding Doors: Enhancing functionality and aesthetics.
Application of New Screed with Falls and Waterproofing System: Providing a durable, waterproof surface with proper drainage.
New Tile Finish: Completing the balcony with a high-quality tile finish for both durability and style.
