Overview
The brief to Network was to create a master plan that would allow the HOTEL to be able to financially remodel, extend and update there existing facilities.
The Hotel benefitted from a project team with open communication and commitment to delivering a high quality project on time.
Minimising Disruption
As the project was taking place within a live environment, the client needed Network to ensure minimal disruption to its operations and patrons. There was continuous consultation with the ownersin regard to noisy activities taking place and also demolition works were conducted to minimise inconvenience to patrons and staff.
Complex Elements
The hotel continued to operate whist the entire public bar area was demolished –structural steel was installed–new bar was constructed –new timber floors installed –new ceilings, electrical and air conditioning installed.
Tight Programme
Time was a premium and the Hotel need was to continue to operate with minor disturbancesto its operations
