Overview

Part of the Construction brief was to construct new grand access for club main entry and to incorporate disabled access for both into club and car park.

 

Complex Elements

The key challenge of this project was thedemolitionof existing paved area adjacent to existing bowling greenso as to install a new concrete base slab complete with new non slip tiles and with new complying ramp from existing carpark complete with  stormwater drainage for new tiled area. Network constructed new disabled ramp and stairs to form new entry to club

 

 

Network also installed new passenger lift from entry area to service lounge and
1st floor function areas.

 

 

New disabled toilet's where also created to both male

andfemale toilets.
